  • How do I access my account online?

    If you haven’t already, you can register your account online at stockplanconnect.com using the temporary user name and password sent to you by mail. If you do not have this information available, please click on the ‘Register Your Account’ link in the login box. You will be asked a series of qualifying questions to validate your identity. Once your identity has been confirmed, link to the registration process will be emailed to you. This link will be valid for 30 minutes. For more information on the Registration Process please refer to the Registration Guide available at stockplanconnect.com.


  • What do I do if I can’t remember my password?

    If you forget your password, go to www.stockplanconnect.com and select the “Forgot Password” link in the login box. You will be asked a series of qualifying questions to validate your identity. Once your identity has been confirmed, a link to reset your password will be emailed to you. This link will be valid for 30 minutes.


  • What do I do if I can’t remember my user name?

    If you forget your user name, go to www.stockplanconnect.com and select the “Forgot User Name” link in the login box. You will be asked a series of qualifying questions to validate your identity. Once your identity has been confirmed, a link to view your user names will be emailed to you. This link will be valid for 30 minutes.


  • What do I do if I can’t remember my Voice PIN?

    If you forget your Voice PIN, go to www.stockplanconnect.com and select the “Forgot Voice PIN” link in the login box. You will be asked a serious of qualifying questions to validate your identity. Once your identity has been confirmed, a link to reset your Voice PIN will be emailed to you. This link will be valid for 30 minutes.


  • Where can I find my Global Identification number (Global ID/GID)?

    A Global ID/GID is a nine digit numeric identifier assigned by your company. Please contact your company to obtain this number.


  • I’m having problems accessing my account online, what should I do next?

    The StockPlanConnect website requires certain web browsers, settings and software. Please see the following list of recommended browsers, and browser versions:
    • Chrome 18 & above
    • Safari 5 & above
    • Firefox 17 & above
    • Microsoft Edge 13 & above
    • IE 9 & above (IE 8 is supported)


  • Is my information secure?

    We protect the privacy of your data in several ways, including using encryption technology and creating a security profile that verifies your identity on many levels.


  • Can I access StockPlan Connect on my smartphone?

    Yes, you can view StockPlan Connect on a wide variety of smart phones or tablets that use the following operating systems: Android, iOS, Fire OS and Windows Phone OS.

    If you have additional questions or need assistance, please contact the Client Service Center.
